What type of room can I book at AshTree GuestHouse?+
You can choose a Large Double Room, a Deluxe Double Room with Shower or a Double or Twin Room with a private external bathroom.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Late arrivals and early departures can be arranged with the host.
Can I park there?+
Yes. Free private parking is available on site, including a parking garage, and no reservation is needed.
Do they serve breakfast?+
There is a coffee station and cereal bar for early risers. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Is there a restaurant nearby?+
Hanover Lodge Hotel Restaurant is about 250 m away and Feathers Restaurant is a short distance from the guesthouse.
What is the Wi-Fi policy?+
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and is free of charge.
Are there rooms with a private bathroom?+
Yes, every room has its own private bathroom with free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.
Is AshTree GuestHouse suitable for families?+
Family rooms are available. Children over 13 are welcome; cribs and extra beds are not available.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are not allowed.
Is there power during loadshedding?+
Provisions are made for four rooms inside the house for the duration of loadshedding.
